I'm looking to be able to stretch a 120 BPM loop to 124 or 130 in real time (or whichever speed in between). I don't see that this is possible on the MPC2500 nor 1000? Is there any hardware that can do this? Preferable to keep the same key.

Traktor can do it, but I don't want to in software if possible.

Thanks for your help!

Look for the so called "patched phrase" or you can do that manually: you chop a sample on even 16 chops, make an auto sliced program and enter events to track from pad 1 to 16, than it will be played back at the tempo of sequence in reasonable range +/-10%

Cool, thanks man. I tried that, and was impressed by the results. But, I don't think it will work for what I'm trying to do, I didn't see a way to change the tempo for several samples at the same time? More you would need to do it ahead of time, which is an option, but was looking to try to do it in real time, like matching to another record.

I appreciate your help!
