OK I have a question. Ive read both the mpc and the Projectmix manuel and can not figure this out. I figured out how to track out each pad to the Projectmix via the mixer in the MPC2500 but lets say I have a sample layed out over several pads? How the hell would I record that into my DAW. For example I have snare(pad 1 in MPC) linked to insert 1 of Projectmix, Hi hat (pad 2 on MPC) routed to insert 2 on Projectmix. If I were to have a sample chopped up over multiple pads how would I accomplish this. Also im using the Projectmix as my soundcard but for some reason when I hit record on the MP I cant hear the metronome(yes its turned on lol). Any help would be very appreciated.
