4gig cf card reliability

Hi all. Does any one have experience using cf cards bigger than 2gig for read and write .
I am using two mpc2500's .one has 1.23 and the other 1.24 operating systems.
Using transcend and Kingston 4gb 133x cards . I normally only use 2gig full it up then buy another card so I can go back on the old ones to read without any hassle when required .

I'm using a 16gb on mine for over 2 years and still going strong
