Im Thinking about buying a 2500 but have questions?

I currently own a maschine mk2 mikro, technics 1200 mk2, traktor z2, and mpk 49.
I am thinking about either buying a 2500 or a Renaissance. Since the z2 is an audio interface I dont really need the ren for that but I've looked a little into the ren and seen that its only software compatible. My question about the 2500 is if I can midi map it to ableton, logic, reason, protools, or any other DAW. Also if I did map the 2500 how would I have my tracks setup. Would it only be one track with the 2500 master as the input or could I assign multiple groups to different channels/tracks?

thee options are infinite, not like software, but from a hardware stand point...
2in, 4out (midi) & 8 assignable mix outs..... besides thee 4000 ( & the 3K of course )

Dude, get that 2500. You will not be disappointed. It is a beast of a machine.
With JJOS its unstoppable. Iv had mine about a year & a half & I'm still finding out new shit on it.

Had a 2000 back in the day, went almost all software for about two years with an MPD, then just felt my music was more immediate and fun when I didn't use a DAW for everything.

Got a 2500 with JJOS - just the best way to sketch out tracks for me.

Track out to Logic to mix, finish and add other elements if I have something good.

I would say Ren...or even better 2500 and studio (both same price as Ren). Point being you are going to end up in your DAW to track and edit. The mpc software makes this painless. And frankly is a must for time savings.
