HELP!! 2500/jjos3.10 FROZE & NOW WON'T BOOT!

I was going through the Load menu and it froze on the "Wait" screen for a long time. I turned it off, and when i try to turn it on it gets stuck on the "Loading JJOS 3.10..." screen and won't boot up. PLEASE HELP!

yeah 'wait' means wait and dont turn off, but then how long? really long or just in your head a long time? - seconds? minutes? hours? Might want to try a reset and try a CF card in and out when you boot.
Have you tried holding the tap button down when you boot? that might help give you OS choice I think.

ok peeps did we follow the instructions and update the Free jj OS as well to the new one as per instructions. Sounds like maybe not done this. I believe JJXL has to be in to but do not quote me as I just update in the last few years. But I do know for a fact that in the instructions to update the Free JJOS as it is part of XL and 3

I just had this issue with a Transcend CF card. Used on both mpc 1000 and 2500 with the latest free JJ OS versions on both.
