Track out to Fl studio

Im using MPC 2500 with M audio Projectmix I/O and want to use Fl Studio as my DAW. Make the joint in the MPC , track it out to FL then use the Projectmix I/O to control the mix and master. I need a step by step bcuz Im used to protools and this FL is a tad bit different. My master is the I/O... Please help asap
