Setting default tempo?

On the 60/3k, there's a way to set the default tempo so that every time the MPC started up (or you created a new sequence) the tempo/BPM would be what you set it at -- I can't seem to find this on the 2500 -- is there a way to do this?

Well, there is supposed to be a way but the feature doesn't work. A workaround of sorts is to create a sequence with the tempo that you want and then save that to your autoload folder.
