Quantisation question

Is there a way to make the mpc not only quantisize the note start but also the note lenght? Say if you want a simple 8th bass - so that oll entered notes will be played back in the same note lenght?

and sorry if i missed that in the manual - i read it only once - wich is more than most people do

you can edit the duration of each note in step edit or you can sequence edit and change the duration by bar or note.

hm ok thanks - but i don´t want to edit everything afterwands - so there is really no way to at least give all note the same lenght in a one step prozess?
