Depends if you want it maxed or not.

Not 100% on US prices but i think www.vstservice.com has the best deal selling a maxed 2500 (hard drive, cd drive and 128mb RAM) for $2099

but all that shit is better to max out yourself isn't it? hard drives are dirt cheap, and ram is too, what bout cd rom?

I haven't priced it up but yeah you can use 3rd party RAM if you choose and could probably find cheaper hard drives.

Only the akai cd drive will work though, unfortunately as it's a rip off!

Hey that eBAy Listing is Armen of 30th st. NYC . He 's a great guy and does good buisness. That guy has sold gear to everyone you can think of. His shop is the sickest gear archive I've ever seen. It's like being in a virtual ebay store. That guys mad cool and trust worthy. I just bought a Jv 1080 from him last week. He told me he Lists it as open box because guitar center was giving him sh#t about how cheap he's selling them for. He's a great repair guy too.

i just got mine NIB for $1240 shipped on ebay :D
