Another midi question

I was wondering how i could midi sync my motif 6 to my mpc 2500... i want to be able to play something on my keyboard and have it play out of my mpc.. so i guess the mpc would be the master.. also im using a digi 002 as the mixer so i dont know if that would create any problems.. Any suggestions would be great.. thanks.

therefor no sync is needed.
seems you want to record some midi stuff.

connect motif midi out to mpc midi in
and mpc midi out A to motif midi in.
configure motif to send and receive midi on channel 1
mpc: mode midi/sync---> active track receive channel:all (or 1)

mpc: go to main page and configure track like this:

type:midi pgm:off midi: A1

then hit rec/overdub and play/playstart and play smth on your keyboard.

how configure the motif for sending and receive midi,just select the channel
1 on the motif in multi or ? Somebody can tell me how?
