Does anyone have a preference or recommendation for the type of hard drive to put in an MPC 2500? Also where are some of the best places to get a hard drive. One more thing... Does it take a 2.5 or a 3.5

Peace

You are from Dallas too so I'll hook you up this time, but beware. You will get clowned for not doing a search.

The 1000 & 2500 use the same hard drive. The only thing is that with the 2500 you don't need an adapter kit.
Look here to see what HD other people are using.

I was gonna reply yesterday but felt that you should have done a little search yourself but... Since you are a fellow TEXAN, I'll help you out. Get the Toshiba MK4026GAX 40GB drive if you dont want any problems. In my opinnion (pay attention) of all the problems people have been having, they were not using Toshibas. I have one and have yet to encounter any problems. Oh, and by the way... GO HEAT!!!!!
