Current OS

Hello everyone,

Finally I bought my MPC 2500 which is my first MPC.

Before diving into all the programming stuff I want to find out which OS I run currently? Where can I find it? I does not come up at booting.
And if I run V1.1. where can I find the procedure to upgrade the OS?

Yes I searched the manual:)

And for the rest I am happy, this machine is sexy!

I wouldnt load the newest OS 1.2 just yet, its been some issues that have been locking up peoples machines

save yourself some trouble by loading 1.1 on the CF card that came w/ the 2500, or get a CF card reader for your computer. (read 'SYSTEM TEST' threads). Your machine may lock up and you will need to have 1.1 on the CF card to proceed.
