Mpc Options

Okay so I bought an MPC 2500 and I am a noob, but I have made some beats nonetheless. So I make the full song but then the problem is I dont kno how to make the beat into a wav when i transfer via usb, and for some reason when i try to burn it, it wont even show up. Basically i need to know how to get the song out thanks in advance.

u need some recording software to record the main outs of ur mpc m8, theres a free one called audacity on the net u can find i dont have the link but just google it u should find it.
yi hope you have some kind of interface on ur soundcard to conect ur mp to ur pc, u really should have looked into this before buying the mpc man.
there is a way of resampling the whole beat u made as a wav to transfer to ur pc, but i dony know how as im a noob myself but im sure some one will explain better than i have rea soon.

If you go to record mode and select input: MAIN OUT, it will record whatever the MPC is playing

so you can sample your beat... and then save the sample

hope you got enough ram though


Then you can retrieve the .wav sample through USB
