Akai MPC. Is anyone who can help me with this bug?

After about 15 minutes of using my akai mpc 2500, it,s starting several problems.
1. I can`t change program for track in main window by data wheel, but it still works for anything else in main window. So to change program for any track I have to go to program mode and ther data wheel is working.

2.Next problem. Pad 13 is not working , only sometimes, when I hit pad 14 first. and sometimes when i hit pad 14, pad 13 is working together with pad 14, but i am not touching it.

3. Next problem is another buttons like 16 Levens don`t react when I`am pressing them.

Probaply there are more strange bugs, because machine is working like crazy. I didn`t upgrade hardware, any ram memory or hard drive. I`ve firmware to 1.2 and than to 1.21. I think problem bagan some time after upgrade to 1.2 operation system.

Nothing help any opertion system, I`ve installed all 1.1, 1.2, and 1.21 and problem still is. Restore to fabrique settings doesen`t help as well.

Only when I turn off my mpc for about 20 minuts and than turn on is working ok for next 15 minutes, and suddenly problem i s starting again, that i can`t work.

Sorry for for my english, that is weak. Mayby someone had similar problem.
I am recently in UK, is anyone who nows where is Akai warranty servis in UK.
I bought it 3 mounths ago so is still on warranty. I hope that they can swap it or fix it, if this forum won`t help.

Man,sounds like you got a bad unit. If possible I would take it back as soon as possible. here is the akai link hope this helps

Which UK shop did you buy the mpc from? If possible take it back to them, and explain the problem. They will then send it off for repair. I doubt they will give you a new one, not after 3 months.

Its most likely an early dodgy batch of 2500s.

I have bought my akai in Glasgow in RS100 shop. I am going on Thursday to ask them to send it to Akai Serwis. When i bought it, they told me about one year warranty of manufacturer. I can`t find receipt, i hope thay can check with serial nmuber that i bought it in this shop.
Probaply they`re not selling a lots of akai in each month, this is not cheap.
It always have to happen to me.

ask for a replacement unit as it could be in the service dept for a long time.......

this happened to a friend of mine. He had a cracked pcb somewhere. Kinda weird for it to manifest itself like this, but that fixed it.
