Reason Effects With The 2500

I know you can use Reason as a aound module, but is it possible to use the effects in Reason on a sample loaded into the MPC? Say I have a sample loaded up in the MPC and a RV7000 (Reverb device) loaded up in Reason. Is it possible to run the sample through the reverb and then back into the MPC? I know I could load the sample in one of Reason's samplers and add reverb then record into the MPC, but I'm just wondering if it is possible to run the sample through reverb or any other kind of effect, and then back into the MPC.

I don't think this is possible. You can only use Reason's effects on its own devices (samplers, synths etc). Reason's effects are not that great anyhow.

i´d love to have this possibility aswell, but there´s no (official) way to get audio direct into reason. a little hack for this, using rebirths input device, seems to be out in the internet but i´m not shure if it works that easy.

could you run a sample through reverb that was a VST, or is that not possible either?

Can't you Rewire that shit together to Logic and Cubase and the like? I had Logic 5 and 6 and you could sequence Reason instruments from with in Logic. I'm pretty sure use the effects as well. I never liked Reason so as far as this Rewire stuff still working in OSX, I couldn't tell you without poking around the internet. And I don't know about getting it back to your MPC but since you're using the computer already...
