TrMove help

I must be doing something stupid, but I cannot figure out how to copy a track from one sequence to another in this latest OS.... plz assist.

From the main screen, MODE then "SEQ EDIT" (pad 13). It's on the right column:

From sq: 1 Tr: 1
To sq: 1 Tr: 1

I know that much. I've done it before on previous OSs, but now I'm doing something wrong.

I get to the TrMove window, then I have a column on the left for Reference Sq:, and a column on the right for Sq. I try selecting one and pressing F5 or F6 for select or for move and select and it doesnt do sh1t. I must be doing somehting really stupid but I can't get this to work and it is annoying.

For "TrMOVE" you have to use the jog wheel to navigate through the tracks. You can't use the cursor buttons.

i got it...from the events tab. lol.
I still don't get the TrMOVE tab tho.
