Help Help Help!

Hey guys and girls, I have a serious problem, in which I need some advice!
I downloaded the OS update and did everything it said to do but my OS progress is stuck at 98%, is their anything I can do about it! I have tried to instal the new OS about three times and it keeps getting stuck at 98%.

I have loaded previous OS updates with out any problem, if someone could help me, it would be greatly apprecieated...

i had the same problem.

you need a cf-card with only one file on it: the new os.
put it in your mpc and turn it on while holding the window button.

I had the same problem when trying to load the new OS; here's what I did:

* Cut and paste the OS to the ROOT directory of the ORIGINAL CF CARD that came with the 2500.
* With the unit OFF, power up while holding the WINDOW button down.
* It should prompt you to load up the new OS. Hit F6 for DO IT.

There are probably other possible ways to get it to work, but it's what I did to make it happen.

Just to add, I had other files in the root directory of my CF card.

Hey guys I really appreciate the timely feedback! I did what you said, downloaded the OS update and made sure it was in the root, then powered off my 2500, I then powered it back on holding down the window key and it worked like a charm!
