how to use mute groups with pitchshifting?

I did a sequence where i've put the same sample on pad 01 and 02 and conected them both to mute group 01. Then i tried to pitch shift, but the mute group didnt work anymore, so the samples played in full lenght.
i need a lil bit of pitchshift on both bads with the mute group function.

How can i use mute groups together with active pitchshifting?

problem solved... i didn't pitchshift, i was just pitching, but interesting anyways...

i pitched the sample by using the mode + programm then increased the pitch there. after that i could use the "mute group" function as usual.

when u pitchshifft a sample the sample itself gets changed so u can use the mutegroup funciton as usual too.
