Chops

ok this happens a few times

i get a sample and cut it up.....................assign it to the 16 pads

evrythings great

so i figure out wat i wanna play...........set my T/C and record a sequence, banging away at the pads yeh i'm feeling this beat

NOW

wen i play back wat i've recorded the sequence is all over the place, gaps and out of time bits and overlapping bits

so i figured mite be the TC

so i change that

but same again

dont happen all the time

just occasionally

btw im on operating system 1.1

aint upgraded to the new one yet

The gaps are because the chops aren't long enough to cover until the next pad is hit. And if you're samples are overlapping (and you don't want them to), then you need to change the mute groups, or switch to MONO play mode.

nah they are long enuff coz they are fine wen i play them................its just wen i record them

chops definitely arent long enough ot put it on note on so itll go right to the next.
