PT7 & MPC Sync Prob...

Wutup people.. When I track my beats out, protools starts recording just a lliiiittttle later than the mpc. Anyone know how to compensate for this???

add a couple of blank bars to the beginning of your sequence on the mpc.

Yea, thats what I've been doin but I dont feel like I should have to.. Oh well, I'll just stick to what works I guess.

But, you do have to. MTC and MIDI Beat Clock are very 'course', you need to give them a little extra time at the beginning of the song to lock.

this is a bug in the 2500. instal os1.1 into your mpc and it will lock up as it's supposed to.

akai... please fix this problem
