Just got the 2500!!Need help updating the OS

My first MPC has finally arrived!!Damn its sexy.I downloaded the 1.22 OS,and I have already readed the ''How to update",but on step 6,instead of getting the ‘Status=Not Connected’ to ‘Status=Connected’ message,all I get is "for Mac OS,please eject the mounted disk on your Mac,before you leave this page".(I don't have a Mac).My PC identified the MPC as a hard drive,but there is not a root directory in it,so I cant drag the update in.How can I update the OS?Thanks in advance

did you use the cf card what came with your mpc and did you put the bin file to it?

Damn my fault,I thought I should drag the new OS in a root directory folder,which doesn't exist,all I had to do was to just drag it in.I have updated it,now its time for some beats
