sequence change via midi

I set upmy mpc to change the sequences via program change commands.
It works well but it will change the sequence 2 bars later. e.g: 02.01.01 i set programm 27 in logic, the mpc actually switches the sequence at 04.01.01...

what s wrong?

not 100%- but try making the PC for 02.01.01 one tick behind. 01.99.99. Im not sure that is how it looks but you know what I mean.

Basically before the 2nd bar kicks in.
