I want to do this but can I?

Ok so I got a sub bass line I want...now how do I assign it to the qslider so that I can control the octave in realtime while im holding the pad down....I would like the bass like to drop (sub) when I pull back on the slider.....

ho do I set this up I must be missing a step..

Try mode/slider(pad 1)then assign the bass to the qlink and choose tune.I think thats it.

Pharse Phase? or any sample.....also now I got something sampled and I want it to match the tempo of my beat while it is in regions on 16 pads when i play the slower one its not keeping the same tempo....I want to keep the tempo and just have the pitch change.....is that possiable?

^^yes you can, from the trim page press F6 (edit) turn the wheel to pitch shift, adjust as necessary. This will keep the sample at the same tempo yet adjust the pitch.

...thanks there is a faster way I found out, just goto: program>(highilight "TUNE")>>click "window">>>AUTO, (doit),doit = DONE!
