Which is better Resample or Audio interface to send beat?

I want to send my beat to the computer as a .wav file..
I heard if i dont have great A/D or D/A converter, my beat would lose punch..
I just have EMU 1212M audio interface... I've never tried Line Out recording yet..
So I'm using Recording main out in MPC to send....

Which one is better??? resampling or using EMU 1212M...

But try both even if its like 8 bars of each and LISTEN!! See which one sounds best bruv
