Need Help quickly!!

Hey I just got my 2500, and I want to sample from my laptop and also my turntable and mixer. I just went to guitar center and they gave me a "send-return" insert cable (STP-203), a dual 1/4" phone (M) to RCA (CPR-203) cord, and a MIDISport Uno which i just installed on my laptop. I need good detailed advice (lol) on where to plug in what so I can get started making some beats. Thanks, appreciate the help.
