Is there a way to stop something you have recorded from playing after you press stop? When I record say a bass line, it may be a full 4 bar loop that I record all at once. Then when I go and play it back with everything else and press stop, the bass line will play the entire way through. Is there a way to stop this?

Check out this menu.

press Mode> press Pad 10> press F2

Set the Mute/stop of one-shot sample: to Immediate

I heard if you have this set to 'immediate' your recording track mute does not work. So if your recording track mutes you want to change this setting back to through.

Hope this helps, let me know.
