Or just get the Akai Ram and you are good...100% compatible. If you just bought your MPC 2500, you may qualify for FREE RAM. Visit www.akaipro.com for details.

I just checked the site, it appears that the FREE RAM may be unavailable. However, they are currently offering the FREE CDRW drive.
