Song Mode Issues

I'm runnin version 1.22 for starters. Anyway, I have a Song set up the way I want it. Then I go to convert and I've tried each setting and everytime it completely changes everything in the song. What could I possible be doing wrong? If anyone can help that would be appreciated

sounds like you have different track layouts on different sequences. in order for it to work correctly you need to have the same programs on the same tracks for each sequence in the song.
