Do you mean, "Can I use it to record audio from my MPC to my PC live" the answer is yes.

no i mean like suppose i got my mpc playin a drum loop and im playin a melody from a VST on fruity loops through my midi keyboard.. Can the firepod let me record what i am playing on my midi keyboard straight over the drum loop in MPC, or at least just record it into the MPC??

I hope someone can reply to this quick.. cuz im leavin school in a few hours to hit up guitar center THANKS

Yes. As long as you have an audio out of the firface going into an audio input of the MPC. You will have to turn ON INPUT THROUGH on the MPC.

oops i meant the firebox not the firepod.. anyways where would i put the 1/4 cable?

Same prinicple. You can take the main output (or any output) of the interface and connect it to the INPUT of the MPC. They both use 1/4" cables..
