Why my song disables some played samples?

Hello, If i have made a whole song, and when I play it on the song screen it sounds perfect, but again when I convert it into new seq, some of the samples ive played are disabled. And I cant save!!

I dont know what seems to be wrong cause all sequences im using are the same lenght and nothing is muted. It wont work with reference to 1st seq, or with the ignore mute function. Please help, its getting frustrating.

Delete this, I found out that every sequence I combine, needs to have the same things in same track numbers.

Yeap I just ran into this problem for the first time yesterday as well... the problem lies in the programs. When you convert your song to a sequence all the tracks need to have the same programs that the start tracks have, other wise you'll end up with some goofy sounding stuff. I was able to move some tracks around via the sequence edit mode which helped save my song pheww!!1 It took a long time to straighten it out though.
