is it a bug?

dudes havin probs drum layering! when i hav 4 drums assigned 2 a pad, i can change the tune and range of each individual sample but when i cange the amp envelope of one, it changes the 4 of them? is that the way its supposed to b r cud it b a bug? any ideas
