OK i made a beat and saved it. But when i load the beat i have to go find every sequence and load it individually. Is there a way to save everything all together.

i would have to say saving all related files to a folder is the best way. Thats the way i save just about all my stuff.

The best way to save is all over this forum.

1. First, create/name a folder on your hard drive or CF card.
2. Samples/sequence your azz of like there is no tomorrow.
3. Save the ENTIRE MEMORY to that folder.

Thiis the perfect way to save as supported by the biggest MPC heads in this part of the forum.

ill tell ya how i save and it has never failed me. it may take a little longer than savin the entire memory but ive never had the directory error this way. make one folder name it whatever you want...then i save all programs and samples then i save all sequences and songs to this folder. then ill load the entire folder next time i wanna work on that beat. then ill save all that stuff to the same folder re-writing all info. never had a problem this way. the save entire memory works great but i find i have to make a new folder everytime i save otherwise i get the directory error if i rewrite.

Never mentioned anything about re-writing....That's why I never lost a project and it takes seconds saving everything in one pass.

when you save the entire memory do you make a new folder for it everytime? if so what do you do with the old folder. i dont know how to erase a folder in the mp so that means i gotta hook the computer up everytime just to erase the old folder so i dont get it all full of old sh*t. i do like the save entire memory way but everytime i do it and try to rewrite old info in the folder it says directory error. im scared it will eventually corrupt sh*t.

I never re-write.

In the save menu, you can delete folders/files.
