SAVE THE PROGRAMS AND SEQUENCES IN CD DRIVE

I can keep my programs as (sequencias, sampels etc.) in mine drive of compact disc and later making load the programs?
As they make with floppies in mpc 2000xl...

I can use cds to save my beats ?
