Hard drive and CD drive questions

Thinkin bout installing BOTH a hard drve and a cd drive , just a few questions , YES I've been to the akai site and saw the ist of compatible hard drives , the questions I have are:

I read sumwea on these forums sum guy installed a hard drive and it was supposedly real quiet while operating, I was wondering what hard drive u guys would reccomend for quiet operation?

ALSO

I'd like to install a CD drive aswell but I'm not sure wether theres room enough for both the hard drive and the cd drive , has anybody done this? Is it possible?

and also wha CD Drive do I install? , AND I've read u cam burn cd's from the mpc2500 , is this possible once the cd-drive is installed? or do I need a specific cd drive? , thank u

Search the forums for a 3rd party cd drive that will work with a minor modification. You will also find info on hard drives that work well and some that do not.
