note repeat problem

when i hit/hold note repeat it plays a sound before i even hit the pads , and its not even a sound i was going to use it gets a random sound and plays it from my sound banks,which interupts my sequence cause i cant record the sound i want to use ,is there a way to clear that sound from the note repeat button or is it an os error right now im using 5.17 but its happened b4 when i had the 1.22 os???

Your gonna have to send it to get repaired I had this problem ans sent it off and no probs since..I additionally had the problem of playing any of the top 3 left hand side pads would all signal the upper left hand pad as well as the one being touched.. Then the problem you have now would occur...

I had to send it off, even changin the OS made no difference..
I dont know what the problem was...

best thing is to save work turn off and reload everthing works for me
