CD? MP3?

Hi

I usually chop the samples from CD.
I burn the CD and put it in to the MPC CDrom and record it.

But is there another way to chop the sample not using the CD?
I have to use too much CDs.

I've tried to put the MP3 file in to MPC through USB
but I don't think MPC can read MP3 files. It doesnt show.

I know I can do it with the CD player through audio cable but my CD player doesnt have the port.

convert your mp3 to wave 16bit/44,1khz, then you can usb them to the mpc...

and please read the technical specs in ypur manual.

You can probably get one cheaper at Radio Shack but that's what you're looking for if you wanna sample from your CD player into your MPC.
