just have to vent

In the middle of a beat and the 16 levels stops working. Can live without out it, but at this point I am just tired of all the small quirks that can happen on any given day. It sucks when you can't even trust your machine!!!

What other quirks are you having?
The one you mentioned isn't a quirk it's a broken unit unless you are doing something to turn it off.
The 16 doesn't work intermittently on the 2500.

well i justed saved my beat, turned the unit off and back on and it worked again, but stopped working again after a while. other things include, hitting one pad and getting play back on others, pads not working at all. One time I couldn't truncate a sample. all of these things aren't everytime just seem to happen randomly.

had my mp for over two years now and it still functions like new...


you must of gotten one of those used and abused units...
