big fish wont load

Just got a used 2500, bought a big-fish box-set for $200.
kits and and samples wont load. SOME sounds show the loading box,
but are no-where. to be found in my pmg. trying to load some kits brings up "ensefficiant memory". what da hell is going wrong!???!!!? am i not doing it right? or mabey I need to get it repaired. PLEASE HELP!!

Some of the big fish files are 24 bit. The 2500 only plays them @ 16 bit. You can use a program like audiofinder or something similar to convert them to 16 bit. Then you should be good to go.

umm................where and how can i get audiofinder,...or whatever.
