Hard Drive installation question.

Sup guys,

My friend wants a hard drive in his 2500. I've installed one on my 1000 using the HDM-10 kit before.

Does the 2500 also need the HDM-10 kit? Just had a look in the reference manual and the way it's written makes me assume that the HDM-10 is already installed in the MPC, just without a drive...

Can anyone confirm this for me? Do you still need to buy the HDM-10 to install a HDD in the 2500?

It should be in there. right behind the front panel in between the card reader and cd drive
