USB Zip Drive?

Hey I'm new to this forum action so let me set this off by saying peace to all of you MPC Headz. I was hoping to get a simple question answered here: My friend has a 2000 and we want to transfer his files to my 2500. He uses a scsi zip drive so I was considering buying a USB zip drive. Will that drive work with the 2500? Will it also work for transferring his files over to his new 1000? Thanks for the help.

You can't connect a USB Zip (or any other) drive directly to the 1000/2500, but if you hook them up to a computer and then transfer to the 1k/2.5k it should work fine.

Keep in mind that you will have to make some adjustments once 2k programs are in your 2.5k.
