What is the purpose of have the 8 outs if you can not use channel 1&2 this seems like a glitch to me I have to disconnect and connect again when I want to record there has to be something I am missing.

I have own the MPC3000 and 2000 but i have not had the studio setup i have now where I have a 24 track board and would like to record in one or to passes if possible depending on tracks that i have used up...

Can this be true?

If you are say stereo 12/78 then for get it that is really only 4 channels

you got to be kidding me if that what we have this day in age. I have been making beats for a long time and reach this about 1997 to real. the only thing that now faster is the CPU and RAM and more inportant the Motherboard.

So besides that that is it?????????? Most of use producers already now that that sucks for us who been there and are waiting????

MPC besides the Sequenceser are behind the times I was useing my 3000 & 2000 for N+MIDIing thinking when i bought the GREAT 2500 there woulbe be a big difference the only thing different is that bad beat makers now can do anything they want and someone like me are what did you do for me...

I like the 2500 for a few things chop helps but the usb is for lames why not realtime saving and extracting take fully advantage of the OS.

you guys will love once the MPC branches out to full precessing power......
