Pad 13 is in fact cursed as Ive had my machine worked on and it still tends to do it, Ive noticed that it will happen if the machine has been on for a long time..Like a looong time. but the problem is that 13 will play 14 and 15 at the same time as 13 and if you hit the note repeat then it will play pad 13 only without having to touch it...
This problem sux for those that encounter it..

I do not use pad 13 or 14 because 14 is too close imo..
superstious I know but I aint foolin with it..
You have to leave the mp off like over night to correct this problem..
