im thinking the best option maybe a custom made flight case, the bags seem cool, but the thing could still get bashed into hell in one of them

and you do want extra foam to put in there.
depending on what youre doing with it, id recommend a flight case too
right now i have mine inthat case to just keep it dust free. im not transporting it anywhere
