back to the subject, yes ive had this issue before i spoke with akai support they had me format drive and card then install the newest op sys ( which really didnt help for long) what you should do is save to a folder rather than the root directory for now this is an issue that they will hopefully be fixing in the new op sys if they ever get it out. so when you go to save highlight root and hit the right arrow and create a folder for every thing you do. as for saving the song you made im not sure but i would try sending song to your computer along with the programs used and create a folder on your computer with those elements then send that back to your 2500 then try to open just the song first then prgs. if that doesnt work i would backup all info from your flash card. to a folder on your desk top then format the card and load the song to the empty card and try that. before you do the format i should add that once youve sent the files to your computer try sending it back to both hard drive and card that is of course if you do have a hd. i say this because when it 1st started happening to me i was saving my files to both hd and card and i would get the error from the card but not the hard drive
