Fasttracker, nice set-up. Looks like a very comfortable. What is the keyboard synth to the left? Also, what is that 1000 doing in the back ground. He She looks lonely

Yo Del. That EG 101 is a rare piece!

What would you users say about the sound of the 1000 vs the 2500 or is it pretty much the same?

Stilo.....

Your 2500 reminds me of a pair of Air Jordans I had back in 1990. The Window Handle style.

I don't really know why.........

Episode...

You need to get some monitors. Even if you get an older stereo reciever with say a pair of Polk Audio's it would be sufficent. Oops my secret weapon has been revealed. Seriously I always get a good sound out of my old school Kenwood amp and my Polk monitors.... I use NS 10's for Pro Tools but my writing station with my MPC features Tha silver face Kenny and Polx. I wouldn't sell the MPC just scouer eBay or hit me up and I can lead you in the right dierction. The Mackies never have given me a balenced mix. NS10's all the way for professional sound. The Polk's however do not leave me with much mixing work...

To be done for a final mix...

That keyboard is an access virus KC , paid a lot of money for it but never ever had any regrets , it's amazing.
Yeah the mpc1000 might be a bit lonely from time to time , i'm using it as a portable sketchbook , you know , just take it with me and do some jamming/programming on the couch with a few beers.

Your set-up looks pretty great too , i hope mine will grow into something like that , i'm especially liking those two big mixers.

Ok...Access do have some sic synths.

The pic above in this thread is the way my studio use to look. Below...I put one of the mixers in storage and brought my MPC out front and center. Eventually, I may get rid of an audio mixer all together and just have a large control surface and rack module AD/DA converters.

I looked at the unit before..but really didn't pay too much attention. That unit is pretty solid with the features. I didn't realize that it came with analog outs as well. How does that unit sound?
