One thing you can try is to replace all the fuses.

Most people who know these units at component level, can't just reveal anything as it's their living.

Most service places will also not know these units at component level, and will rely on completely part swapping. But you might get lucky. So pictures will only show so much.

When you took the extra two sticks of RAM out, did you switch the jumper from EXP back to single (I forget the jumper name)

Is it a Keyboard or a Rack?

You might just end up needing to replace the Digital Board (That is the correct term for the main board, the 'analogue board' is the analogue outputs).

They usually go between 80-120 from what I've seen.

I had bought one to replace mine from diagnostic mode pointing to the digital board being the issue. Once I got it, same problem (loads into diagnostic mode).

Only to later find out that the unit has to be warmed up before it will boot.
