WARNING for os 1.2

I downgraded my MPC2500 back to 1.1.
worked out fine for me and even the songs
i created with the 1.2. opened up normally.

Yes, I was one who wasn't a believer until just now. I am hours before a HUGE performance and I turned my MPC on and got the system test problem. I tried to reload 1.2 but it gave me the same problems. I just went back to 1.1 and thankfully it worked.

Yeah, so maybe a little paranoia never hurts! So take your chances but it sucks if it happens. If you're going to to stay with 1.2, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE ORIGINAL OS on the ORIGINAL card because for some reason it wouldn't work on the other card I had.

if you have the system test screen, you should try to create a folder on your memory card called AUTOLOAD and put operating system 1.1 in the folder and just turn on the MPC.
I am not shure if it woks because I didn't get the problem because I down graded already

yeah, I just downgraded. I will wait till the next release. Until then, I don't need any heart stoppers before any major shows!!!
