New os 1.23

I haven't gotten around to try the new 1.23 yet, but I've been sync'ing my MPC2.5K with PT for quite a while now, with no problems what so ever.
I use MTC and the MPC as master, and it's always working perfectly for me...no sliding of tracks or re-quantize or anything like that. And I'm still on OS 1.22.
The only "issue" I've got with it is that it uses about 1/2 bar to sync. Which isn't exactly a problem at all...

So, If you track an instrument into Pro Tools, then go back and track that same instrument three or four more times, and you look at the beginning of the actual wave forms, are they all at the very same starting point? Not just looking at the bar/measure, but looking at a sample level?

Are you using HD or LE? What Pro Tools interface are you using?

Although Logic is my DAW of choice, I've used the Mbox in the past. I would consider purchasing a digi 003R, if it will allow me to track without any alignment issues.

That's pretty much the way I do it. I track 8 individual outs in one pass. Then I do the next 8 and so on and so on.....

So I'm really interested in how close your tracks line up after a couple of passes.
