Recording midi track

I know that midi is only data being sent. So i was wondering when I have a midi keyboard performace recorded on to my mpc as part of the sequence, how do you get whatever you recorded from the keyboard in to the final product aka a .wav file so i can put it on to my PC?

all audio outputs go to a mixer/audio interface and that mixer/audio interface goes to computer...
mpc -> mixer/audio interface
keyboard -> mixer/audio interface
sound module -> mixer/audio interface

mixer/audio interface -> computer.

There are SOO many out there to choose from.

You'll have to look around and see which suits your needs.
