File Transfer from 2000 to 2500?

Hi, can anyone give me a foolproof guide to transferring files from the 2000 to the 2500?

I have a 2000 with scsi zip drive and a pc with a usb zip drive.

My scsi zip files are on zip partitions and i wanna load em onto the 2500 and re-save them onto CF cards.

i tried using a zip with a usb connection .. hard to find now i think .. once i had all the right soft ware so the zip would talk to comp i had to down load the entire contents of my250 meg zip because i didnt make folders in the mpc and ended up missing some sounds once the download was complete
